Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Rhodes Marketing Facebook advertising course and community membership subscription ("Service", "Subscription") operated by Rhodes Marketing ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscription

By purchasing our Subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle chosen at the time of your purchase. You authorise us to charge your provided payment method for the fees.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your Subscription. You can cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team  karen@rhodesmarketing.co.uk

We reserve the right to change the fees for our Subscription at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any such changes, and if you do not agree to the new fees, you may cancel your Subscription before they take effect.

Refunds

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for our Facebook advertising course and community membership subscription. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, which is available on our website.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
